Baha'u'llah claimed to be the Return of Abraham, Moses, Jesus, Mohammad and all the Prophets. The claim puts the fate of billions of Souls, and indeed the planet, at stake. True or false, it is a claim that demands urgent, independent investigation and deep prayer. See some of those amazing prayers here...
Every Prophet has given the indentically same foundation Message, although stated in different words, metaphors and languages: the purpose of each soul is to become a selfless, joyful servant, accepting stewardship for the gifts of God.
'Abdu'l-Baha (MEANING Servant) and Baha'u'llah (MEANING the Glory of God) have raised service and stewardship, in this age, to heights never even imagined as a fraction of a glint in past ages. Baha'u'llah even says that if we could behold our destiny as servants of the All Glorious ("Immortal Sovereignty"), we would "strive to pass from this fleeting world."
Service today is the highest form of worship. What are your goals in life? Fame? Money? Glory? The greatest TRUE achievers are the greatest problem solvers and the greatest servants and stewards of God's precious planet. It's "in" today to bash CEOs, leaders, etc. for their mistakes and greed, but believe it or not, there are even a few at the very top of wealth and power who believe their mission is to serve their constituents, voters, shareholders, employees and customers!
The highest power is service, and to exercise that power, you have to be the greatest servant, a true paradox, and little understood today. The basic blocker answers tactically to the quarterback, who answers strategically to the coach, who answers to the owners, who answer to the fans... everyone is a servant at some level, often without even knowing it.
So, if we're going to be a servant anyway, why not play for the Ultimate Team: God's Cause? On that team, there is no "minor" or "major" player, and even if you sit out 95% of the games on the sidelines while struggling to survive, or battling illness or age or your own perceived inablity to contribute, on THAT team, the smallest act is, according to Baha'u'llah, MAGNIFIED to dumbfounding greatness in the Loving and fault covering Vision of God! Before those small minds that don't realize they are stewards and servants let their egos destroy the planet: come join the Baha'is and serve, regardless of position, on God's NEW team!
In this age, each of us IS our own boss, and the higher our "position" or contribution or resources, the more we are asked to serve. If we don't get this, we'll eventually become solipsistic and miss the entire point of our creation as members of the ultimate team: God's Cause and Purpose animating the entire Creation.

"The Ancient Beauty hath consented to be bound with chainsthat mankind may be released from its bondage, and hath accepted to be made a prisoner within this most mighty Stronghold that the whole world may attain to true liberty. He hath drained to its dregs the cup of sorrow, that all the peoples of the earth may attain unto abiding joy, and be filled with gladness. This is of the mercy of your Lord, the Compassionate, the Most Merciful. We have accepted to be abased, O believers in the Unity of God, that ye may be exalted, and have suffered manifold afflictions, that ye might prosper and flourish. He Who hath come to build anew the whole world, behold, how they... have forced Him to dwell within the most desolate of cities!"
"Wert Thou to bestow on one of Thy creatures what would equal the kingdoms of earth and heaven, it would still not diminish by even as much as an atom the immensity of Thy dominion. Far greater art Thou than the Great One men are wont to call Thee, for such a title is but one of Thy names all of which were created by a mere indication of Thy will.
There is no God but Thee, the God of power, the God of glory, the God of knowledge and wisdom."
